Assistant Commercial & Operations Officer

1.0. QUALIFICATIONS

i. Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with passes in

Mathematics, English and Kiswahili Language/ Advanced Certificate of

Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE).

ii. Diploma in Business Administration/Transport and Logistics Management or its

equivalent from a recognized Institution.

iii. Station Master’s Course from a recognized Institution is an added advantage.

iv. At least two (2) years of relevant working experience from a reputable

organization.

v. Must be computer literate.

2.0. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

i. To supervise collection of cargo and passenger revenue as per applicable rates.

ii. To supervise cargo loading and offloading operations.

iii. To ensure all revenue is collected and banked correctly.

iv. To ensure submission of returns.

v. To deal with the compliance of commercial and operations policies.

vi. To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.
